1. You can use BACON GREASE instead of CHICKEN GREASE.
2. Cook your PASTA using the DIRECTIONS on the back of the box.
3. I used UNSALTED BUTTER and OLIVE OIL, GARLIC in this video.
4. You can use whatever SEASONINGS you have on hand, it will TASTE good.

Chicken fingers, also known as chicken tenders, chicken goujons, chicken strips, tendies or chicken fillets, are chicken meat prepared from the pectoralis minor muscles of the animal. These strips of white meat are located on either side of the breastbone, under the breast meat.
Place of origin: United States
Main ingredients: Chicken, Bread crumbs
Internal temperature: 165 degrees

How do you make chicken fingers from scratch?
Dip the chicken strips into the flour, the beaten egg and then dredge them into the seasoned panko. Fry in the hot peanut oil for 6 to 8 minutes, until golden brown, and remove to a paper towel lined sheet tray. Serve with Honey Mustard sauce.

This side dish reminds me of home, It was delicious then and it's still delicious now. How many of you here used to eat canned corn and peas mixed together? I'm not ashamed to cook with canned goods...ARE YOU?

Ingredients:
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans sweet peas
Ground black pepper
Parsley flakes
Italian seasoning
Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons Minced garlic
1/2 stick unsalted butter
(please measure your own amount of seasoning to this side dish.)

1. Open safely canned corn and sweet peas, drain juice from 3 cans except 1 canned corn.
2. Place your skillet on the stovetop, Set your stove temp. to med/high heat.
3. Add canned corn and sweet peas to the skillet.
4. Add butter, and all of the ingredients above.
5. Cook until the juice reduce down, steering occasionally.

Serve this up with your favorite meal, you will love it.
