Steak Bite Loaded Baked Potatoes with Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients:
BAKING POTATOES:
2 Large Baking Potatoes
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Clean your Potatoes well, Rub a generous amount of Olive oil on your potatoes and heavily seasoned with kosher salt. (You do not have to poke holes or make slits in your potatoes) Set your oven temperature to 400° and allow your potatoes to cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until TENDER.
STEAK BITES:
Beef Chuck Steak, cut into Bite-size pieces
Blackening Season
Jarlic JalapeƱo Seasoning (Weber's)
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
1-2 tablespoon, minced Garlic
1/2 Onion, cut into slices
Add everything to the beef steak bites pieces and mix well.
Alfredo Sauce:
1 cup Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons, Unsalted Butter
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
Plenty Parmesan Cheese
Green Parsley
Brown your streak bites mixture using a cast iron or non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add all of the ALFREDO SAUCE INGREDIENTS, except for the parmesan cheese and green parsley. COOK: until the sauce thickens and reduce slightly.
ADD: parmesan cheese and green parsley mix, taste for Seasoning.
BUILT THE BAKED POTATOES:
Open you potatoes, fluff potatoes using a fork...add unsalted butter, black pepper. TOP: with the steak bite filling with the ALFREDO SAUCE..."LOAD THAT BABY UP"...TOP: with parmesan cheese and Sprinkle: Green Parsley for color. SERVE THESE BABY UP AND ENJOY.
