Smothered Turkey Wings...#Raymackstyle
THE BEST SOUTHERN STYLE SMOTHERED TURKEY WINGS EVER RECIPE:
•6 Turkey wings (cut into drumettes and flats)
•1 tablespoon rosemary garlic seasoning
•1 teaspoon Kosher salt
•1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
•1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
•1/2 tablespoon onion powder
•1/2 tablespoon Knorr's Chicken flavoring
•Parsley flakes
•olive oil
TURKEY WINGS GRAVY MIXTURE:
•2 FAMILY SIZE cans cream of chicken
•1 PACK Lipton onion soup mix
•1 teaspoon onion powder
•1 teaspoon garlic powder
•1 teaspoon Weber's Garlic & Herb seasoning
•Black pepper
•your favorite Chicken spice rub
•2 FAMILY SIZE cans cream of chicken
•1 tablespoon dried Parsley
Directions:
1. Wash and pat dry your wings.
2. Set your oven temp to 425. degrees.
3. Add all of your ingredients to the TURKEY WINGS, except for TURKEY WINGS GRAVY MIXTURE INGREDIENTS. Use as much or less seasoning as you would like.
4. Now rub all of your seasonings into your Turkey wings.
5. PLACE WINGS ON A DEEP BAKING SHEET, (AS SOON IN THE VIDEO) PLACE THE TURKEY WINGS IN THE OVEN, REMOVE WHEN WINGS ARE BROWN.
6. Now ADD, all of your TURKEY WING GRAVY MIXTURE in a large bowl, mix well and spread MIXTURE over the Turkey wings.
7. Cover with heavy duty foil and cook for about 40 to 45 mins. at 425 degrees. After 40 to 45 mins. remove the foil.
You can serve your wings with rice or mashed potatoes... You'll definitely enjoy this recipe.

Oven Baked Turkey Legs
Ingredients:
4 turkey Legs
4 tablespoons garlic salt
Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
1/2 tablespoon Paprika
Parsley Flakes
1 tablespoon Tones Rosemary Garlic Seasoning Blend
1/2 stick unsalted butter
Directions:
1. marinade your turkey legs...place in a large bowl or any large container. Add: garlic salt and cover legs with water, place in the refrigerator for 8 hrs. or overnight.
2. Remove from the fridge, pat dry your legs dry with a paper towel. Place the legs on a baking sheet or a large cast iron skillet. Preheat oven @ 425° degrees.
3. Rub olive oil to each turkey leg, Seasoning turkey legs using all ingredients above, rub seasonings into you meat.
4. Add: unsalted butter pieces to your turkey legs. Place in the oven for 35 mins. uncovered.
5. After 35 minutes of cooking, start basting your turkey legs with the pan juices.
6. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil, allow the turkey leg to cook for an additional 20 mins. or until the internal temperature reaches 165° degree. (Test temperature using a meat thermometer)
Note: If you want your skin to crisp up a little bit, leave it in the oven (uncovered) for a few more minutes until the skin is brown and crispy.
Serve them up with your favorite side dish...ENJOY

Smothered Turkey Wings / Ray Mack's Kitchen
Smothered Turkey Wings...#Raymackstyle
8-10 Turkey wings (flats)
32 oz Chicken broth
1 pack Lipton Onion Mushroom soup mix
Cajun seasoning
Parsley flakes
Garlic & Herb seasoning
Salt
Thyme leaves
Black pepper
Badia Complete Seasoning
Knorr's Chicken Flavoring Bouillon
2 cans cream of chicken
1. Wash and pat dry your wings.
2. Set your oven temp to 350. degrees.
3. Add all of your ingredients except for the cream of chicken and the chicken broth. Use as much or less seasoning as you would like.
4. Now rub all of your seasonings into your Turkey wings.
5. Now take both cans of your cream of chicken and spread them over the Turkey wings...add half of the chicken broth to the turkey wings.
6. Mix your wings well... Cover with heavy duty foil and cook for about 2 hours at 350 degrees. After 2 hours remove the foil and let it cook for 30 minutes... You want to Brown your wings at this point.
You can serve your wings with rice or mashed potatoes... You'll definitely is joy this recipe.
