Southern Deep Fried Pork Chops


Ingredients: 
•4 bone-in Pork Chops
•2 eggs
•Knorr Chicken Flavor Bouillon
•Complete Seasoning
•Spain's Spices All n One Seasoning 
•Black Pepper
•Onion Powder 
•Garlic Powder
•Oregano, Basil, & Tomato Seasoning (you can find this @ ROSS DEPARTMENT STORES)
•Parsley Flakes
•Plain all purpose flour
•Vegetable oil for frying chicken

Directions:
1. Wash and clean your pork chops, this will help remove any bone fragments.
2. Using a LARGE bowl with a seal tight lid...add all of your ingredients except for the pork chops.  You be the judge of how much seasoning you would like to add to this mixture. Mix everything well, now add your pork chops to the mixture.
Cover your pork chops with a lid and let them sit at Room temperature to 35 minutes before cooking.
3. Coat your pork chops using plain flour or store bought seasoned chicken breading mix...(DON'T ADD SALT IF USING STORE BOUGHT MIX) 
4. Heat oil using a skillet or deep fryer, oil is ready when the temperature reached 350゚. 
5. Fry your pork chops until they are done and ready to serve.  Some people like them fried hard and some don't. 

You could make you an awesome fried pork chop sandwich or serve this with whatever side items you choose. Please try this recipe and I guarantee you, You will love it.

Easy Southern Style Skillet Sauteed Potatoes


Ingredients:
4 Idaho potatoes
1 Large sliced onion
Unsalted butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Black pepper
Paprika 
Thyme
Parsley flakes
Salt
2 tablespoon water

Directions:
1. Wash, peel, and cut your potatoes in quarters. You can soak them in water to keep them from turning brown.
2. Cook your potatoes in a cast iron skillet, set the stove temperature to Med-High heat. Add 4 tablespoon of butter to the hot skillet, add the potatoes and onions.
3. Add all of your ingredients, please use your own judgment for measuring the seasonings. Mix everything together, place a lid or heavy-duty aluminum foil on top of the skillet. 
4. Let it cook for 10-15 mins, flip your potatoes from time to time.
You can adjust the heat if it's to high.
5. Now, remove the lid covering... add 2 tablespoon of water. Your potatoes are done when they become FORK TENDER.
