FOLLOW ME: • Twitter: https://twitter.com/Raymack72 • Instagram: https://instagram.com/RAY_MACKS_KITCHEN_AND_GRILL • Facebook: https://https://www.facebook.com/raymackskitchenandgrill Dirty Rice | How To Cook The Best Dirty Rice Recipe Ingredients: 1 roll Jimmy Dean Spicy Sausage 1 stalk chopped, celery 1/2 onion, cupped 1/2 Red Bell pepper 4 chopped, whole garlic Fresh Chopped, Parsley 2 tablespoons Olive oil 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno peppers (Jar peppers) Pre-cooked roux (Recipe coming soon) 1 container of chicken stock 3 cups cooked white rice Dirty Rice Seasoning: Knorr's chicken flavoring Garlic and onion seasoning Cajun seasoning Black pepper Spicy seasoning All Purpose Seasoning Dried Parsley 2 tablespoons unsalted butter Directions: 1. Brown your sausage in a cast iron skillet, remove the cooked sausage from the skillet. 2. Using the same skillet, set your stove top to Med-High heat...add olive oil, celery, onion, bell pepper, and garlic cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender. Add diced jalapenos mix and cook for 2 mins. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of pre-cooked roux to the skillet, add chicken stock (a little bit at a time). MIXING WHILE using the full container. Add you sausage, mix everything together. 4. Add all of the dirty rice seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of butter listed above and mix well. 5. Add cooked rice to the skillet and FOLD together...DON'T STIR. 6. ADD fresh Parsley, Taste for seasoning and SERVE.
