Bacon-Cheddar Cheese Potatoes

Introduction
If you like cheddar cheese and bacon this recipe is for you. You could definitely twist this recipe up a bit by using frozen spicy French fries or seasoned curly fries. You could even use bake potatoes and just add the toppings. But most and foremost you should give this recipe a try, it's quick and easy.

Ingredients

*Ore-Ida Potatoes O’Brien with Onions & Peppers (28 oz. bag)
*Bacon, cooked (plus 2 strips raw bacon)
*Sargento 4 State Cheddar Cheese
*Basil Leaves (dried)
*Parsley Leaves (dried)
*1 Tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

  1. Using a skillet Pan, add 2 strips of raw bacon, olive oil, Cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Add your frozen potatoes and cook until they turn brown.
  3. Sprinkle your cheddar cheese on top of the potatoes, add a layer of bacon on top, And repeat the process until the cheese and bacon is used up.
  4. Sprinkle the basil leaves and parsley   leaves on top of the bacon and cheddar cheese. You can place a lead over your skillet and allow the cheese to melt or you could place the skillet inside the oven at 350゚ until the cheese has melted. (((Please make sure that your skillet is ovenproof)))...Serve this recipe hot and enjoy.

Introduction

This recipe is all about the sauce, one of the most popular barbecue sauces in the United States is Kansas City classic barbecue sauce. K.C. Masterpiece is a store bought barbecue sauce and I try to Put together a barbecue sauce that would closely fit that description of Kansas City barbecue sauce. If you don't do nothing else in this world, you need to make this barbecue sauce, because it is Delicious.

Ingredients

Family pack chicken wings
Salt
Onion Powder
House Blend seasoning (All purpose seasoning will work)

You can prepare your chicken however you want...fry, bake, or grill. This recipe is about the sauce only.

Kansas City BBQ Sauce Recipe

3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 1/4 ounce package chili seasoning
3 tablespoons mustard (I used stone ground mustard
1 teaspoons powdered ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground mace or nutmeg
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup water
1 32-ounce bottle ketchup
1 to 3 teaspoons liquid smoke

Directions

1. In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, black pepper, chili seasoning, Ginger, allspice, red pepper and mace.
2. Add vinegar, molasses, mustard, and water. Stir until all of your dry ingredients have dissolved.
3. Stir in the ketchup and liquid smoke. Bring your pot to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid splattering of the sauce.
4. Reduce heat to low, and salma, cover the pot with a lead, for 30 minutes. SERVE WARM.
5. You can store the leftover BBQ sauce in the fridge up to several weeks.


This sauce can be used as a finishing or table sauce for beef, pork, and chicken...I dare you to try it in meatloaf.

This is what you need:

6 Leg quarters
One bottle of Sabauce Marinade

Direction

Wash and clean chicken, Pat dry and place in a ziplock bag. Pour just enough of the marinade to cover the chicken pieces. Place the marinated chicken into a large bowl and set it in the refrigerator for 6 to 12 hours, It will work best if you allow the chicken to be marinated overnight.
Set up your BBQ grill for direct cooking (You will be cooking your meat directly over the charcoal). Allow the temperature to reach 325゚to 350゚ place your marinated chicken directly over the charcoal, Turning chicken every 5 minutes. The chicken is ready when internal temperature reach a 165゚ or when the juices run clear.
You can use this Marinade with chicken, fish, lamb, Shrimp.

A near-perfect balance of sweet, smoky, crusty, and salty, the BLT is what food dreams are made of. If only it were healthy to eat bacon and mayo on a daily basis.

Easier-Than-Ever Signature BLT Sandwich: Soul-Food 101

2 slices sandwich bread
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tomato
1 large piece of leaf lettuce
Oscar Myers cooked bacon
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Toast 2 slices of sandwich bread. Spread 1 piece with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, then layer on a few thick-cut tomato slices and sprinkle with kosher or sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Top with a couple of slices of crisped bacon and a large piece of leaf lettuce. Close with the other piece of bread, slice in half, and serve.
