Smothered Turkey Wings / Ray Mack's Kitchen





Smothered Turkey Wings...#Raymackstyle


8-10 Turkey wings (flats)
32 oz Chicken broth
1 pack Lipton Onion Mushroom soup mix
Cajun seasoning 
Parsley flakes
Garlic & Herb seasoning 
Salt
Thyme leaves 
Black pepper
Badia Complete Seasoning
Knorr's Chicken Flavoring Bouillon
2 cans cream of chicken

1. Wash and pat dry your wings.
2. Set your oven temp to 350. degrees.
3.  Add all of your ingredients except for the cream of chicken and the chicken broth. Use as much or less seasoning as you would like.
4. Now rub all of your seasonings into your Turkey wings.
5. Now take both cans of your cream of chicken and spread them over the Turkey wings...add half of the chicken broth to the turkey wings.
6. Mix your wings well... Cover with heavy duty foil and cook for about 2 hours at 350 degrees.  After 2 hours remove the foil and let it cook for 30 minutes... You want to Brown your wings at this point.

You can serve your wings with rice or mashed potatoes... You'll definitely is joy this recipe.

Mack Pack Oven Candied Yams / How Do You Fix Homemade Candied Yams





RECIPE
Oven Candied Yams 

Ingredients

4-6 Large sweet Potatoes 
White sugar
Ground cinnamon 
Ground nutmeg 
Ground allspice
Salt
Brown sugar
Molasses
Vallilla extract
1 stick butter (unsalted
Water

Preparation



Wash and clean your potatoes, slice them thick cuts.
Using a deep baking pan, add your potatoes along with all of the ingredients. We DON'T have measurements for the ingredients.
Cover your potatoes with heavy duty foil, set your oven @ 375゚
Cook the potatoes for 45 mins.
Remove the foil and cook the yams Until the liquid evaporates, but continue basing your potato with the liquid doing the cooking process.
Your candied yams should have a mahogany color and very sweet to the taste...

This recipe pairs will with fried chicken, homemade macaroni and cheese, good old fashioned collard greens, buttery corn on the cob, and some homemade warm cornbread.

How To Make A Dirty Burger / Dirty Fat Burger Recipe





HOW TO MAKE A DIRTY BURGER



1 lb. ground beef (80-20)

1 large onion chopped

4 hamburger buns

1 stick butter melted

1 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon garlic & onion spice blend

Mustard

Your favorite sliced cheese...I used all American cheese for this recipe.



1.Start by heating up your indoor or outdoor GRIDDLE TOP, saute your onions on the heated griddle. Once your onions are saute move them to the side.

2. You can use a store bought already made beef patties or you can create your own beef Patties using whatever seasoning you like.  Brown your beef patties on the heated griddle until they are done or according to how you like your patties cooked. Place cheese on top of your patties and move them to the side.

3.  Place one stick of butter, parsley, garlic & onion spice blend in a microwave bowl. Melt the butter in the microwave.

4.  Now take your hamburger buns and butter them on the top and bottom buns.  Add them to the griddle and once they're brown and toasted, remove them from the griddle.

5.  Let's build our sandwich...

Spread mustard on the bottom bun, Along with the saute onions, Add your cheese patties, now crown your sandwich with the top bun and enjoy.

Southern Style Corn Pudding / Corn Pudding Recipe / Soul-Food





Homemade Southern Style Corn Pudding



Southern Style Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

24 oz frozen super sweet corn

1 stick unsalted butter

2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 5 oz can evaporated milk

2-3 Tbsp maple syrup

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 or 2 tsp salt

1 or 2 tsp ground nutmeg

2 large eggs beaten

1-2 tsp vanilla flavoring



Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Drain the corn well.

3. In a small saucepan over medium-high, melt 1/2 cup of butter. Add one tablespoon of all-purpose flour

and 1/2 cup of sugar to the melted butter.

4. Stir and continue to cook until the sugar is completely dissolved and the flour is incorporated. Remove

from the heat.

5. Add the evaporated milk, Maple syrup, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and two beaten eggs. Cook over medium heat until the custard is thick and smooth. Now add your vanilla flavoring and mix well.

6. Pour the custard over the corn. Mix well.

7. Spray or butter a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour into the prepared baking dish. sprinkling nutmeg over your corn, if you like.

8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and the center is set.

9. Serve immediately.

How To Cook Garlic Buttered Shrimp

Ingredients:

▪️1 pound extra large / jumbo deveined shrimp with shells and tails 
  on
▪️Old bay seasoning
▪️Lemon pepper seasoning (Spain's Spices)
▪️Garlic and Herb seasoning (Spain's Spices)
•Garlic and Onion spice blend (you can find this @ Ross 
  Department Store)
•Parsley Flakes
▪️1 stick unsalted butter
▪️2 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions:

1. In a bowl , season shrimp with all the spice seasoning.
2. In a skillet, heat stick of butter until it melts -make sure it doesn’t 
    brown
3. Add minced garlic and shrimp to the skillet and cook shrimp on 
    each side for 2-3 minutes- try not to over cook your shrimp
4. Remove from heat and serve this baby right on up! You will love 
    this recipe.

Loaded Shrimp Bake Potatoes / Ray Mack's Kitchen & Grill




Loaded Shrimp Baked Potatoes


4 Large Baking Potatoes

1 Bag Large or X-Large Shrimp
salt
black pepper
lemon pepper seasoning
complete seasoning
minced garlic
parsley flakes
cajun seasoning
butter

Shrimp Parmesan Cheese Sauce

shrimp
butter
garlic
whipping cream
all purpose seasoning
oregano, basil, tomato seasoning (use what you got)
black pepper
salt
parmesan cheese
sharp cheddar cheese (use your favorite cheese blend)

Bake Potato shrimp Stuffing

2 Large Baked Potatoes
Butter
herb seasoning (create your own flavors)
whipping cream
parsley flakes
garlic & herb seasoning
black pepper
sour cream
sharp cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese
shrimp
