FOLLOW ME: • Twitter: https://twitter.com/Raymack72 • Instagram: https://instagram.com/RAY_MACKS_KITCHEN_AND_GRILL • Facebook: https://https://www.facebook.com/raymackskitchenandgrill Healthy Beef & Pepper Rice Bowl 1 pound beef bite pieces or ground beef 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/3 chopped green bell 1/3 chopped red bell pepper 1/3 chopped onions 1/2 beef stock 2 cups cooked rice Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a non-stick skillet. Add beef and cook over med-high heat, cook 3-5 minutes, stirring often. Add salt, black pepper, and bell peppers, Continue cooking for 8 minutes, stirring constantly to keep it from burning the bottom of the pan. Add onions, beef stock and cooked rice. Cook, stirring for about 2 minutes or more.
